This happens every Sept here- life is good and this year will be better. And it always degenerates into sucking after Nov. I will not be fooled this time.
also I have noted the same way of being targeted in the Boston area now for some time and I dont think this will change- it seems one is targeted depending on how much money is in one's account. At the beginning of the month life is great but when that account goes low to zero and when I run out of money I get fried the shit out of. NOt a place one wants to live- to be threatened with torture if one doesnt have enough money.
