Mexicans are still heavily involved in harassment now but Im in an area thats dedicated to commerce outside a major city so thats expected. Anything corporate or college etc.
Generally though the in person harassment from perps has stopped. I'm sure it will begin again in next major city.
Austin has a system of using sexual abuse based on forced arousal to control Targets and I suspect the entire population.
Unlike the sexual abuse control or trauma to cause behavior modification in other cities Ive posted in the past the process in Austin was different.
It was a non stop low to mid level arousal but it was constant and release did nothing in a short span of time. Release in Boston area would be part of a cycle of aggression as part of a complex brainwashing program, utilizing abuse of human sexuality.
However release would provide a day's worth of relief and if done a certain way could gain the Target power even as the system was attempting to take it from or use it against the person.
Austin simply made it so one would be rendered submissive. It was a constant distraction and helped cause problems with impulse control or lack of control.
It also somehow fueled an appetite for eating and buying things.
Ive learned that in TX in the game of mobbing Mexicans are dangerous becuz they do it like they are the level of children. They arent like Mex in Cali or even NV. It's very 'nah-nah-nah, nah, nah-nah'
