I like metal. I do nicely with black metal most likely due to the fact I am not 16 or so and I can use it to my advantage.
But I never liked a genre only bands within that are to me the best. I cant deal with melodic black metal..I just cant. And any band that has a female singer that tries operatic stuff...its not for me. Too pretty or too much synth..blech. Just cant do it. I need nourishment not a sleeping pill.
Cradle of Filth- never got it really. Just dont like thier sound. But never really looked at thier stuff either. Someone's top 10 faves vid had this in it:
Now this vid has got to be put on here..white slavery is as old as the hills yet now its being represented as some new hip piece of evil doing. The vid reminds me of the decadence of the 80's but with that lacking from 90's- that blankness or marketed boredom that has been part of media since then, along of course with this recent dark content that's streamlined and cold. Etc.
Marketable Satanism is what it is and its lack of passion makes me as hateful of it as it tries to project to viewers.
Why cant he pick on a guy? Its GOT to be a female. And why cant some female singer dish some torturous mind f*cking to a male?
I love how he is doing his eyelashes to top her doing hers prior. How much blunt can we be? You win..you are more the woman she will EVER be. And of course its time to pick on the maid, who they have GOT to exhibit as cleaning lavatories...becuz really dont we all know that only poor people get targeted for such operations? Good looking poor people at that!
So really its let's pick on the maid, NOT becuz she is a maid but becuz we are just so jealous of her looks or beauty...specifically eyelashes I am guessing. I really wanted to recut this with him doing his lashes to "Pretty oh, so Pretty" being sung but who has time?

Exhibiting power over hapless ignorant, non sophisticated females give you a sense of power--and makes you feel Oh So Pretty obviously.

Let me tell you something about women. They tend to be much more emotionally resilient than males. I was told that by a perp that used to help set people up and destroy lives for the mob. Also, did anyone have the sense to ask just what a good looker like that is doing cleaning bathrooms? At her age especially? Anyone that looks like that who is at the bottom of the economic ladder has been placed there or kept there thier whole lives.
Slavery goes much deeper as a system than entrapping the maid with some technological temptation on a toilet.

It was about as debachurous as those Calvin Klien ads that got too close to looking like kiddie prostitution/porn interviews with models.

Whats annoying about it is that it gives the impression that she got what she deserved by not putting the camera down and being involved due to taking part by watching. Is that justice or morality?
Or just a way of rationalizing her becoming victimized?
As a woman who has been targeted with such comments as "you are the whore of Babylon" I dont think this view of a modern Babylon is much fun. Needs more sex and less toilets.
And "AD" is a pretty large span of time. I think more debachery has gone on from 0 A.D.-2010 A.D. The 60's or maybe the 20's might be good subject matter.
I like the late 1800's personally with all that obsession with ancient Egypt high on opium with Art Nouveau everywhere.
