First a cop was stalking me in cvs central sq then my new phone provider was really screwy. its a big company and i believe they have the power to make life really miserable. first gas lighting then tech screw ups that resolved themselves after 3 hours on phone.
This company I have dealt with before and their MO seems to be having tech difficulties that can be pawned off as just coincidence or in the end- the customer's incompetency. They also have a bad habit of having thier customer service people bait and wait. Like purposely being incompetent during the call, dragging it out and adding lots of thier own small talk like priming what they are saying with things like "Well miss ____, I have to ask you just another quick question before we ..blah blah blah", instead of getting to the point. Its total control of the conversation as well as its meant to waste time and frustrate the TI. When the TI gets stern with the time waster, all of a sudden the customer service person does thier best 'she's dangerous act' with things like "Im not doubting your word" when I never said I did doubt her word, of course making the TI look paranoid, and also putting words in the TI's mouth pisses them off more. Talking to you like a child basically which is such an asshole thing to do.
THen when you get frustrated and go to a slightly deeper tone with a firmer stance, they bait the shit out of you then make you look out of control.
The whole thing is probably recorded. And I know for a fact that they record the in between times when you think its quiet and your on hold. This has been being done to me for multiple years even before 2003. Its one of the most common tactics i encountered years ago when I didnt realize that I was being gs for maintaining programming and to maintain control over me. To frustrate me, waste my time and make me feel like no one was doing thier job. Its all done to get the TI to react either as entertainment or as to further antogonize the person, so more evidence can be gotten that they are unstable.
I was lucky that I was in a women's drop in and the lady on staff heard all this and thought it was ridiculous. The minute I was heard discussing this with another human being present as well as telling the customer service rep my 'friend' thought the whole thing was ridiculous, I got put over to tech support, which the last rep promised I would be turned over to immediately.
The tech support person had the personality and energy of a dead fish and I had to constantly question her as to what was going on, what should I do next step by step as most of what I heard was silence, and basically pull her lazy ass along instead of her being engaged in what was going on tech support wise.
This company however- this is their style. They are also infamous for screwing up the phone bill hoping no one wants to take time to argue with them. Years ago they would just do it to poor or middle class people but a girl that goes to Harvard U that helps run the shelter over there said recently this company has stooped to pulling this sh*t with rich people too I guess as she couldnt believe they were trying to rip her off in the last year or so.
I told her they've been doing that for years and most likely its due to a bad economy that they are getting desperate.
And its not just imagined, the bill is often really screwed up.
I think the company is so major that their attitude is that they can afford to lose people so who cares right? Maybe if you piss them off then customer service plays games with you or billing starts to tweek the bill. Who knows.
Definately the tech issues should have been resolved sooner but werent for reasons that still dont makes sense and only add up to the quirkyness of the technology or perp hackers. In this case cant say which for sure.

Saw Charlie Sheens pic today on some magazine. Thats it I believe it now. That guy is targeted. He looks terrible. He looks angry and worn out. In that way that TI's look like when they get hit with non lethal weapons or tech, eventually. Perhaps I am wrong but he does look...this treatment that Targets get,. It has the effect of making you look like you have lost your soul. Its the combination of all the chemical warfare mixed with sophisticated highly detailed psy ops and of course the effects of non lethal weapons being abused and the psy ops/harassment through technologies. That combination just destroys a persons' mind and thier body over time.
It made me realize that this is not an exception to the rule, We were naive to think that or at least I was, speaking for myself.
I realize now that this system, this combo of things used to attack a TI constantly for years IS meant to kill. Its also meant to kill the person literally, without showing a trace of evidence as well as neutralizing the person so they are totally washed out and can be tolerated in society.
Basically you have a walking corpse but somehow this is considered good by this system, instead of killing people outright.
Which makes me wonder of its not an experiment to see if you can take normal human beings and drain them, destroy thier minds and sense of Self to create slaves or mindless human beings- just a shell with not much left inside. No memories, no soul, no spirit, no imagination. Totally trapped within the system.
